Plant Maintenance

Our interior plant maintenance department can provide your business with lush tropicals that will enhance your workspace and improve your air quality.

Plant Rentals

Take advantage of our lush plants to dress up any event. We charge 25 percent of the plant cost for rentals.

Rental Price List | Effective 2011

Plants:
Standard rental price for all plants will be ¼ their retail price.  Dressing plants with moss, ribbon, lights or containers will be an extra charge.

Hard Goods:
We offer pottery, arbors, statuary, benches and much more.  The price for hard good rentals will be ½ of their retail price.  One half of that price is refundable providing that the object is returned in the same condition as when it left the Dutch Garden Center property.

Delivery:

• Labor is billed at $40.00 per person per hour.  Labor cost will be estimated on your proposal and will be adjusted accordingly after set up and take down occurs.
• Locations with difficult access may be subject to additional labor charges.
• Access to event space must be made available to Dutch Garden Center employees at the agreed upon delivery and pick up times.  If employees of Dutch Garden Center must wait to gain access to a site or are asked to move plants from their pre-arranged location, additional labor charges will be applied at the rate of  $40.00 per person per hour.
• Plant rentals exceeding the length of 2 days may require a visit by a maintenance technician to prune and water plants.  Rental maintenance fees will be determined on a case by case basis as needed.  Weekly plant rentals can be quoted on request and will include maintenance costs.
• Damaged or lost items (including both plants and hard goods) are subject to a replacement fee.
• Additional charges may apply to:  delivery outside of a 20 mile radius of Dutch Garden Center – after business hours or weekend deliveries – large rentals requiring multiple employees, additional trucks, labor, etc…
